采用化学方法粗提取藻粉中的蛋白质,红外光谱测试证明存在特征基团.利用提取的藻蛋白与一定比例的乙二醇及非离子表面活性剂(椰子油二乙醇酰胺)制备复合防冻剂,用恒温可调冰箱研究其防冻性能.结果表明,该复合型防冻剂不仅具有较好的低温防冻性能,而且不同温度下防冻稳定性好.
