以水溶液为介质,在室温条件下制得了CdSe的纳米材料(QD).并在此基础上对用巯基类化合物对其进行表面改性,通过包裹修饰,可以合成针对生物荧光标识的理想材料.结果表明随着反应pH值的增加,改性材料在紫外/可见光谱上产生了明显的蓝移,表现出明显的量子尺寸效应.最后又利用合成的经巯基丙酸修饰的CdSe量子点标识了牛血清白蛋白(BSA),证实CdSe量子点能够与BSA结合.
