选取Ⅰ (50% Pb-50%Sn)、Ⅱ (35%Pb-60%Sn-5%Zn)两种合金焊料,采用热浸镀的方法在钢表面覆镀媒介金属,用过渡液相扩散焊接技术将镀膜钢板与铅板进行焊合,制备铅/钢层状复合材料.借助SEM,XRD等手段对样品的界面形貌及生成相进行了测试,使用电化学工作站、四探针法等手段分别对试样的物理及化学性能进行了测试.结果表明:铅/钢层状复合材料的界面结合良好.与传统铅阳极样品比较,优化工艺参数制得的铅/钢层状复合阳极样品的电极电位分别负移120 mV和180 mV,催化活性明显提高.两种铅/钢层状复合材料电阻率下降了28%-40%.
