采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)并结合宏观形貌观察, 研究了在高温(80℃)和常温原油积水中, 不同厚度的环氧煤沥青涂层的寿命规律. 结果表明, 提高浸泡温度与延长浸泡时间对涂层有相同的破坏效果, 10 mHz频率处104 Ω•cm2的总阻抗值是判定环氧煤沥青涂层在原油积水介质中寿命的量值.

The lifetime of epoxy coal tar coatings with different thickness in deposit water at ambient and elevated (80℃) temperatures was assessed by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurement and macroscopic examination. The experimental results showed that both rising test temperature and prolonging immersion time could accelerate the degradation process of the coatings. It was also recognized that the total impedance of 104Ω•cm2 at 10 mHz frequency was the very index to determine the lifetime of epoxy coal tar coatings in the deposit water of crude oil tank bottom.
