采用XRD、SEM、FT-IR和TG-DTA等,研究了机械化学法合成了Mg-Al-CO3 LDHs的反应机理.合成以Mg(OH)2, Al(OH)3 和NaHCO3为原料,分为机械活化和水洗两个过程.研究结果表明经过机械活化反应体系晶粒尺寸减小、晶格缺陷增加,转变为无定形态,使体系内能增加.在水洗处理过程中由于扩散系数的增加,使反应顺利进行.晶体形成经历了机械活化和扩散两个过程.
