通过对比粒状不饱和聚酯模塑料存放不同时间后流动性、机电性能和成型工艺性的变化,研究了贮存时间对粒状不饱和聚酯模塑料性能的影响。结果表明:随着贮存时间的延长,粒状不饱和聚酯模塑料的熔融粘度变小,流程逐步变长,塑化时间无明显变化,成型工艺性得到改善,注射成型过程中的“排气不良”现象减少,且主要力学性能和电性能无明显变化。

The changes of fluidity, mechanical and electrical properties and molding technology of granu-lar unsaturated polyester molding compound after storaging different time were compared, and the effects of storage time on the properties of the granular unsaturated polyester molding compound were studied. The results show that with the prolong of storage time, the melting viscosity of the unsaturated polyester molding compound decreases, the flow path increases, the plasticizing time has no obvious change, mold-ing technology is improved, "unsmooth air-exhausting" phenomenon in injection molding process decreas-es, and the main mechanical and electrical properties changes little.
