提出了以铸型(MC)尼龙制备为主题的、针对本科生教学的化学综合设计实验建设方案。详细介绍了此综合设计实验的教学目标、实验内容、创新点和预期的教学效果。在本教学实验的设计方案中,采用了结构巧妙设计的钢制模具及配套的温控加热系统。使用此模具,一次成型即能得到若干可直接用于拉伸性能测试与抗冲击性能测试的标准样条。另外,通过模具上温度表的读数,可以跟踪ε-己内酰胺的聚合反应并粗略估计反应程度。

The construction scheme of a chemical comprehensive experiment with the theme of monomer casting nylon synthesis was proposed in this paper.This chemical comprehensive experiment is planed for undergraduates' teaching.The aim of the teaching,the contents,the innovation points,and the expected teaching effects of this experiment were introduced in detail.In this construction scheme,the steel mould with advanced architecture and the matched temperature control system were proposed.Tensile test and impact test-used standard samples can be obtained directly using this steel mould.Additional,students could easily trace the polymerization of ε-caprolactam and rough estimate the reaction degree according to the readings of the thermocouple.
