采用高功率电火花沉积(ESD)设备在铸铝合金基体上成功制各出了具有网格状纳米Si强化的Al基复合材料.研究表明,复合材料中网格状Si相由许多粒径约50nm的颗粒状Si相相互连结而形成;块状的α-Al相填充在网格中间,形成"纳米尺度网格状Si相+块状α-Al相"的复合结构;复合材料的平均显微硬度约为105 HV,是传统工艺制备的相同成分合金的近两倍.分析认为,复合材料中晶粒细化和网格状高强度Si相所起到的载荷传递等作用是强度提高的主要原因.
