针对典型飞机结构的局部腐蚀环境开展了加速腐蚀环境谱及加速腐蚀试验方法研究,为了综合评定SEBF/SLF重腐蚀防护涂层涂装在典型飞机结构中的防腐性能,对该涂层与现役飞机典型涂层进行了对比试验。结果表明,与现役飞机典型涂层相比,SEBF/SLF重腐蚀防护涂层的抗环境腐蚀性有明显改进。

The accelerated corrosive environment spectrum and the accelerated corrosion test methods were studied for evaluation the local environment corrosion in the typical aircraft structures. The comparative tests for the heavy-duty coating SEBF/SLF and the ordinary coating on the active service aircraft structures were carried out. The results indicated that the anticorrosive properties of the heavy-duty coating SEBF/SLF are much better than the ordinary coating on the active service aircraft structures.
