在湿蒸汽汽轮机设计中评估湿蒸汽偏离热力学平衡态的程度及其对透平级几何、气动参数设计的影响具有重要意义。本文发展了湿蒸汽非平衡凝结流动的流线曲率法通流设计程序,对某300MW汽轮机低压缸六级透平内的流动进行了分析,并与平衡凝结流动流线曲率法程序的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:与平衡凝结流动相比,非平衡凝结流动中叶栅后的压力、出口汽流角、湿度以及级的反动度和效率发生了明显变化,非平衡凝结流动的效率降低2.08%,功率降低1.05MW。本文发展的非平衡凝结流动流线曲率法通流设计程序为我国大功率火电汽轮机低压缸和核电汽轮机的通流设计提供了工具。

It's important to evaluate the influences of non-equilibrium condensation on the geometrical and aerodynamic design of steam turbine. A non-equilibrium streamline curvature throughflow calculation program is developed and applied to analyze the wet steam flow in the low pressure cylinder of a 300 MW steam turbine. Compared with the equilibrium condensing flow, the non-equilibrium one shows obvious changes in the distributions of the surface pressure, outlet flow angle, wetness fraction, as well as the stage's reaction degree and efficiency. The non-equilibrium condensation leads to decreased efficiency by 2.08% and degraded power output by 1.05 MW. The presented program provides a tool for the design of large scale wet steam turbine.
