700MPa级高强韧性钢板具有强度高、低温韧性好以及焊接性能优良的特点.然而,传统的铁素体/珠光体钢的屈服强度一般低于500 MPa,不能满足强度要求.本研究采用现代炉卷轧机并结合控轧控冷工艺在安阳钢铁公司研制开发出700 MPa级高强韧性钢板,其屈服强度大干560 MPa、抗拉强度大干670 MPa、延伸率大于16%、~40℃冲击功大干47 J.

The 700 MPa grade steel plate with high strength and toughness is widely used in mining machinery and lifting equipment, which has characteristics of high strength, good toughness at low temperature, and excellent welding performance. However, the yield strength of traditional ferrite/pearlite steel is less than 500 MPa, which can not meet the requirement of strength. Thus 700 MPa grade steel plate with high strength and toughness was developed by modern Steckel mill combined with thermo - mechanical controlled process in Anyang Iron and Steel Corporation. Tested results indicate that the developed steel plate exhibits the yield strength of more than 560 MPa, the tensile strength of 670 MPa, the elongation of 16% , and the impact work of more than 47 J at-40 ℃.
