以钛酸丁酯为原料、三乙醇胺作络合剂、酞菁铜(CuPcTs)为敏化剂,采用水热法原位制备了CuPcTs/TiO2复合纳米光催化剂,通过XRD、TEM、DRS等对其进行了表征,通过光催化降解甲基橙(MO)对其可见光催化性能进行了研究.结果表明:所制得的样品中,TiO2呈锐钛矿晶型,颗粒尺寸在20~30nm之间,具有较好的分散性;CuPcTs的存在能有效拓展TiO2吸收光谱至可见光区,并与TiO2协同作用,使之在可见光范围具有明显的光催化性能:原位合成的CuPcTs/TiO2光催化剂的可见光催化性能明显高于浸渍法制各的CuPcTs/P25光催化剂:敏化剂的含量及热处理温度对复合光催化剂的活性有很大的影响,均存在一个最佳值.
