用悬浮聚合法,通过改变反应参数、助分散剂和交联剂用量、水油比及聚合温度,制备出粒径在1mm~3mm范围内的磁性交联聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)高分子微球.采用差示扫描量热法分析了磁性PMMA微球的玻璃化转变温度,从悬浮聚合成粒机理角度出发分析了这些反应参数对微球结构及热性能的影响.结果表明,聚合条件的改变会影响聚合过程中反应液滴的聚并分散,改变聚合物键的长短.从而使微球的内部结构及热性能产生差异.
