采用共沉淀法制备了十二烷基硫酸钠改性双羟基氧化物(SDS-LDH),并借助红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对SDS-LDH进行了结构表征.通过原位聚合法制备了聚(丙烯酸丁酯-醋酸乙烯酯)(P(BA-VAc))/SDS-LDH复合胶膜,详细探讨了SDS-LDH用量对P(BA-VAc)力学性能、热性能以及抗氧化能力的影响.结果表明,m(SDS-LDH)/m (P(BA-VAc))为0.1/100～1.0/100内,共聚胶膜拉伸强度逐渐增大,断裂伸长率在m(SDS-LDH)/m (P(BA-VAc))=0.3/100时达到最佳值而后逐渐战小；SDS-LDH参与了P(BA-VAc)大分子热降解过程,使胶膜初始分解温度提高11.6℃；m(SDS-LDH)/m (P(BA-VAc))=0.1/100的SDS-LDH即可大幅度提高胶膜的抗氧化能力.
