采用自行改造的微波反应器对马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PB-g-MA)增容废地膜混杂增强复合材料进行了微波辐照处理,研究了微波辐照对废地膜混杂增强复合材料结构和性能的影响.结果表明,微波辐照处理后,共混材料的界面相容性得到改善、结晶度提高、力学性能提高.当微波功率为200 W,辐照时间为240 s时,共混体系的拉伸强度和冲击强度分别提高了13.16%和23.93%,结晶度提高了2.19%;衰减全反射(ATR)和差示扫描量热(DSC)分析表明,微波辐照可以改善废地膜混杂复合材料的界面相容性、提高其力学性能,主要是物理浸润和结晶度提高共同作用的结果.

The structure and performance of waste membrane hybrid composite added polyethylene-graft-maleic anhydride(PE-g-MA) after microwave irradiation was studied. Research indicates that the compatibility of hybrid composite is improved, the crystallinity is enhanced, and better mechanical performance of the blends is obtained after irradiated by microwave. The tensile strength, impact strength and crystallinity of the blends is increased by 13.16%, 23.93% and 2.19% respectively, when the microwave power is 240w and irradiation time is 240 seconds. The attenuated total reflection (ATR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) results show that the improvement of compatibility and mechanical performance of waste membrane blends is due to physical wetting effect and the improvement of crystallinity.
