通过有限元方法分析了含单个不同深度半球形腐蚀缺陷钢管,在不同服役条件(压力状态)下的应力和应变状态,即缺陷深度和半径分别为1/8,1/4和1/2钢管公称壁厚时,得出不同状态下von Mises等效应力和von Mises等效应变分布情况.同时计算了含不同深度半球形缺陷管道的剩余强度,并给出剩余强度随缺陷深度的经验公式,结果显示含半球形缺陷管道剩余强度随缺陷深度的增加而线性降低.
