系统研究了聚合物微型机械模内组装成型熔体的剪切变稀效应对一次成型固体微型零件的流固耦合作用效应和流固耦合变形的影响规律,并揭示了其机理。研究结果表明,二次成型熔体剪切变稀效应减小会使其熔体的充填流动与一次成型固体微型轴的流固耦合作用效应增强,并使其整体温度场趋于不均匀,从而导致一次成型固体微型零件流固耦合弯曲变形和热变形增加,减小二次成型熔体剪切变稀效应可提高聚合物微型机械模内组装成型加工精度与组装配合精度。

The influence of the second stage polymer melt shear-thinning on the fluid-solid coupling interaction and fluid-solid coupling deformation of the first stage polymer micro-component were systematically studied, and the influence mechanisms were finally revealed by theoretical analysis. The results show that weakening of the second stage polymer melt shear-thinning makes the fluid-solid coupling interaction enhance between second stage melt filling flow and first stage polymer solid micro-component, and makes the premolded micro-component temperature field tend to be inhomogeneous, thus the fluid-solid coupling bending deformation and thermal deformation of premolded micro-component increase. Therefore, reducing of the second stage polymer melt shear-thinning effect can improve micrc-component manufacturing accuracy and assembly molding precision in in-mold assembly molding process of polymer micromachine.
