根据对近几年国内外最新专利文献资料的总结归纳,先介绍了镀锌层三价铬黑色钝化液的主要组分、膜层的耐蚀机理及其性能特点,再系统地综述了一些已公开的三价铬黑色钝化液配方。将三价铬黑色钝化工艺与无铬钝化工艺的优势结合起来研究必将是完全替代铬酸盐黑色钝化的重要趋势。

Based on references from abroad and home, the main composition and mechanism of trilent chromium solution, as well as film properties and characteristics are reported firstly. Some typical trivalent chromium black passivation technologies are introduced systemically. As hexavalent chromium is a high toxicity material, the trivalent chromium black passivation with non-chromate passivation should be widely investigated together in order to replace hexavalent black passivation.
