不同预处理工艺对转炉渣矿物组成的影响不同,急冷及陈化处理有利于活性矿物的生成。转炉渣中的游离钙结构致密使反应缓慢,经过消解陈化处理,生成硅钙石和Ca(OH)2固溶体,既有利于游离钙的消解,又可提高其活性。因此,将钢渣用于混合材时,需严格控制游离钙质量分数在4%~5%范围内,以实现高效利用。

The effect of different pretreatment process on mineral composition of converter slag was different, for example, urgent cold and aging process was helpful to formation of active mineral. Free calcium dense structure makes the slow reacting rate in converter slag, after long-term aging treatment, it can contribute to the digestion of free calcium and can also improve the activity, because calcium stone and Ca(OH)2 solid solution formation will help increase activity. Therefore, converter slag need strictly control free calcium content 4%-5% in order to realizes the highly effective utilization when used in the mixing.
