掺杂吸附剂可降低建材VOC的散发速率,但吸附剂在建材中的位胃=优化尚未见报道。本文利用多层建材VOC散发的传质模型,提出了一种优化吸附剂在建材中掺杂位置的方法。文中算例结果显示,较优的掺杂方式是将吸附剂全部置于建材的顶层,其VOC散发的峰值浓度比均匀掺杂方式下降了约70%。这为设计低散发建材提供了指导。

Doping adsorbents there is no report about position can reduce VOC enfission rate from building materials, however, optimization of adsorbents in building materials. In this paper, by applying the mass transfer model for VOC emissions from multi-layered building materials, a method is proposed to optimize the doping position of adsorbents. From the case study, it is found that the optimum doping mode is placing the overall adsorbents into the top layer of building materials, whose VOC peak concentration decreases by about 70% comparing with that in uniform doping mode. This study provides guidance on designing low-emitting building materials.
