分别研究了玻璃纤维、AS树脂和ASA高胶粉对玻纤增强ASA材料( GFASA )性能的影响。结果表明,相对单丝直径13μm玻纤,10μm和7μm玻纤制备的GFASA材料力学性能更优异;AS树脂的AN含量越高,材料的缺口冲击强度越高;ASA高胶粉用量从20%增加至25%时,材料的韧性提高明显。氙灯老化测试表明,增强ASA材料相对增强ABS材料( GFABS)的耐候性具有明显优势。

The effects of glass fiber ,AS resin and ASA rubber powder on the properties of GFASA were studied.Results showed that GFASA showed better properties when using 10μm or 7μm diameter glass fiber than the 13μm one.The higher the AN content of AS resin was ,the higher notched impact strength of GFASA had.The toughness was improved when ASA content from 20% increase to 25%.And results of xenon light testing showed that the weatherability of GFASA better than GFABS obviously.
