介绍了添加Dy烧结NdFeB磁体的制备方法,包括单相合金粉末烧结法、双相合金粉末烧结法和晶界扩散法,并总结了Dy元素对烧结NdFeB磁体显微结构和磁性能的影响.添加Dy能细化磁体晶粒,并且在Nd2 Fe14B晶粒周围形成富稀土层,从而显著提高磁体的矫顽力性能.
