物质流分析方法可分析重金属流向,研究重金属减排的关键影响因素。以某电镀工业园为例,开展金属镍的物质流分析,研究镍的利用效率,对企业实施清洁生产改造前后镍的变化进行了量化。结果表明,园区内67%的企业实施清洁生产升级改造后,镍的利用率从原来的83.5%提高到92.3%,清洗水中镍含量相对于改造前减少了81.9%。

The method of substance flow analysis (SFA) can be used to analyze the heavy metal flow and consequently investigate the key factors influencing the reduction of heavy metal emission. A case study was conducted in an electroplating industrial park. The flow of nickel was analyzed and the utilization efficiency of nickel was studied to quantify the variation of nickel flow before and after the industrial upgrading by cleaner production technique in the park. The results showed that after 67%of the enterprises in the park were upgraded, the utilization efficiency of nickel was increased from 83.5% to 92.3%, leading to a nickel reduction of 81.9%in the rinsing water.
