城镇二级出水热能回用过程中换热表面产生微生物污垢与颗粒污垢等共生的混合污垢。为分析无机颗粒对微生物污垢形成过程影响,以可控微生物种类及浓度和无机颗粒含量的模拟二级出水为成垢介质,采用污垢质量测定、热阻实时监测、微观结构观察相结合方法研究了污垢形成过程特性,并分析了垢样组成。结果表明,微生物污垢与颗粒污垢间存在多重性交互作用,导致随颗粒浓度升高污垢质量呈增长趋势,而污垢热阻则先上升后下降。出现此结果的原因是,颗粒影响污垢组成、密度、导热系数、微观结构等,并使其呈现不同变化趋势。

Treated sewage contains large amounts of low-grade waste heat which can be used as a heat source for heat pump systems. Heterotrophic bacteria and suspended substances in treated sewage promote fouling development in the heat exchangers, and the fouling greatly limits the system eificiency. This study investigates the biofouing characteristics on heat transfer surfaces, focusing on the effect of SiO2 particles on the biofilm development. The interactions between the Bacillus Subtilis and SiO2 particles changes the fouling mass, composition and structure, further impacting the fouling thermal resistance. The fouling mass increased with increasing SiO2 concentration. The highest fouling thermal resistance was observed at an intermediate SiO2 concentration. SiO2 particles led to the expansion of the fouling layer.
