采用纳米炭纤维(nanoCF)与聚醚型聚氨酯(SE PU)共混复合,通过红外光谱、示差扫描量热分析及表面电子能谱分析,对该共混体系的热行 为和表面化学组成进行了初步的表征与探讨。实验结果表明,共混体系中聚醚型聚氨酯的硬 段微区含量增大,聚醚软段在材料表面的富集程度也得到提高。

Polyether polyurethanes is one of the most important polymeric biomedical materials with acceptable blood compatibility and good mechanical properties. It is very useful in manufacturing of intervention al catheters and artificial organs contacting with blood, in this paper, the pol yether polyurethane was blended with certain amount of nano-carbon fibers to fo rm a novel composite system. The thermal behaviors and surfacial compositions of the blend were analyzed and discussed through DSC and ESCA. The results show th at there are fews of changes taken place both in microphase structure of the ble nd and in its surfacial composition, the content of hard domain increased and the ratio of N/O on the blend surface were increased from 1/14.8 to 1/16.3, com pared with the polyether polyurethane control, the Tg of the composite were increased too.
