以钢 种为聚类对象、以试验站为聚类指标、以高中低为聚类灰数、以相同试验站的所有钢的腐蚀 率的平均值和标准偏差来确定白化函数的域值对17种钢的腐蚀率进行了灰色聚类分析,获得 了归一化聚类系数;根据归一化聚类系数的大小判定低合金钢耐候性的优劣,结合钢的化学 成分详细分析了化学成分对低合金钢耐候性的影响.结果表明,使用文中所提供的方法较好 地揭示了化学成分影响钢的耐候性的潜在规律,这充分说明了该方法对类似实验数据的分析 是可行的.

The corrosion rates of 17 steels were gray clustering analyzed.The kinds of steel were as objective,test station as cl ustering index,high,middle and low as clustering gray number,the critical value of white function confirmed by the mean and standard deviation of the rates of all steels at same test station.Normalized clustering coefficients were obtained .The weathering performances of low alloys were judged with normalized clusterin g coefficient.The effects of chemical composition on the weathering performance were analyzed.It was proved that this method can be used in discovery of the sim ilar experimental data.
