根据影响函数法计算轧辊凸度对辊缝设定的影响,当保持工作辊和支承辊凸度不变,则轧制力与辊系弹性变形呈线性关系,工作辊和支承辊凸度的变化对直线的斜率几乎没有影响。并基于不同条件的计算结果,回归出轧辊凸度变化对辊缝设定影响的计算模型。最后对传统轧机弹跳模型进行改造,提出新的轧机弹跳模型。实际应用表明该修正模型能够有效提高轧件厚度预测精度。

The influence of roll crown variation on gap setting is researched by influence function method. The results show that when the crown of work roll and backup roll were kept unchanged, relationship of the rolls elastic deformation to rolling force is linear and the crown variation has no effect on the slope of line. The mathematic model of the influence of roll crown variation on gap setting can be got by regression based on lots of calculation results. At last the modified mill stretch model is proposed. Application in online gauge prediction proved that this model can improve the gauge control precision.
