以中温煤沥青为原料,利用热缩聚法制得中间相炭微球(MCMB).将MCMB在300℃预氧化,利用元素分析、FT-IR、XRD、HRTEM等手段,研究了预氧化后及在不同热处理温度下MCMB组成和结构的变化.结果表明,MCMB预氧化后,氧含量增加,官能团种类增加,微晶结构变差,随着热处理温度升高,杂原子逸出,官能团种类减少,微晶高度和宽度增大,层状结构逐渐规整;当热处理温度为2300℃时,石墨化度为89.53%,MCMB中几乎不存在杂原子,微晶结构极大改善,层间距为0.3363nm,接近石墨层间距,在HRTEM中可观察到显著石墨化条纹.
