在超临界二氧化碳介质中,通过自由基爆聚反应制备了一系列不同投料比的丙烯酸、丙烯酸十八酯与乙烯基吡咯烷酮共聚物.通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、乌氏黏度计、旋转黏度计研究了聚合物结构与性质;并研究了不同的投料比和反应压力对共聚反应的影响.实验结果表明,在一定的压力及投料比下,共聚反应发生爆聚,利用超临界二氧化碳压力可调的特点,通过降温措施使反应顺利进行.所制备产物的收率大于95.6%.得到的产物形貌为直径1μm左右的白色粉末颗粒.所制备的聚合物溶液具有明显的增粘作用.
