针对煤层碎煤多、煤层软的特点,提出通过压注固化液的方式加固煤体、封堵瓦斯解析通道以减少或消除瓦斯突出.以硅酸盐和有机乳液复配成无机/有机复合浆液,并对其性质、固化体的力学性能以及加固煤体进行研究.实验结果表明:复合浆材具有粘度低、可注性好、绿色环保、成本低、阻燃性好等特点;固化液的力学性能与固化时间、硅酸盐和MDI的含量密切相关;复合浆材与煤样具有良好的黏结性,固结体强度高、加固效果明显.
