通过运用氧氮分析仪、大样电解分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析等分析手段,研究高强钢尾坯不同浇铸长度洁净度。结果表明:尾坯不同浇铸长度的w(T[O])、w([N])和大型夹杂物数量是沿拉坯方向呈逐渐减小的;大型夹杂物主要为:SiO2夹杂物、含K的SiO2-Al2O3夹杂物、含Na的SiO2-Al2O3-CaO夹杂物,以及数量较少的TiN-SiO2夹杂物、MgO-CaO夹杂物和SiO2-CaO夹杂物;距尾端1.5m时,尾坯的洁净度达到正常水平,建议尾坯切割长度大于等于1.5m。

By means of oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, SLIME, SEM, EDS, etc. the cleanliness of high strength steel final slab was studied. The results were as follows: the w(T[O]), w([N]) and the quantity of large-inclusions were decreased obviously along the casting direction. The large-inclusion was mainly SiO2 , SiO2-Al2 O3 containing K and SiO2-Al2O3-CaO containing Na. And a small quantity of TiN-SiO2 , MgO-CaO and SiO2-CaO inclusions were found in the final slab. Where the distance was 1.5 m from the end of the final slab, the cleanliness was con- sistent with normal slab, so the cutt.ing length of final slab was 1.5 m at least.
