目前有关环保型冲洗缓蚀剂L-半胱氨酸对海洋环境下碳钢的适用性及作用机制的研究不多.为此,以L-半胱氨酸对裸露的Q450钢表面进行间隔冲洗,以期达到有效防腐蚀的目的.研究表明:对Q450表面施加浓度为400 mg/L的L-半胱氨酸可以显著降低其腐蚀速率,且当喷淋时间为2.0 h时将对基体金属提供最优的缓蚀效果,该样品5d暴露试验后的失重试验结果显示其缓蚀效率仍可以达78.57%.通过电化学方法结合红外光谱技术进一步探究了L-半胱氨酸的作用机理,结果显示其为阴极型安全缓蚀剂,且可通过巯基和氨基双吸附形式与金属表面相作用形成保护膜.
