通过热模拟试验和工业性试验,研究了Q235钢微观组织演变规律及其与力学性能的关系。以普通Q235坯料利用TMCP工艺成功地试制出性能合格的Q345级中厚板。所研制的Q235升级钢板具有屈强比低(0.69~0.77)、伸长率高(平均26.5%) 和焊接性能良好的特点,具有良好的推广应用前景。

Microstructure evolution and the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of Q235 steel were studied by thermal simulation and industrial tests. Treated by TMCP, the plates, which can meet the requirements for Q345, were produced successfully from Q235 slabs. The TMCP treated Q235 plates have advantages of low yield ratio(0.69—0.77), high elongation (average value of 26.5%) and good welding performance. Such Q235 plates have a good foreground of application.
