随着移动通信产业的迅猛发展,作为通信系统关键器件之一的声表面波滤波器(SAWF)迎来了新的研究热潮.可调SAWF(TSF)因其体积小巧、性能卓越,越来越受到重视.简述了SAWF的原理,介绍了几种主要TSF的结构、性能和特点,展望了其今后的发展趋势.

With the rapid growth of mobile telecommunication industry, development researches with surface acoustic wave filter(SAWF), one of the key devices in telecommunication system, boom again. Tunable SAWF(TSF)has been paid more and more attentions to because of its small size and exellent performance. In this paper, the principle of SAWF is discussed briefly, a few kinds of typical TSF are introduced, mainly about their structures, performances and characters,and TSF's development trend is also pointed out.
