采用电化学阻抗谱、动电位极化、失重及超景深三维立体显微镜观察,研究了饱和CO2和硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)共存条件下十二胺缓蚀剂对20号钢的短期缓蚀行为.结果表明,无SRB存在条件下,缓蚀剂的缓蚀率高达95.8%.接种10% SRB恒温培养11d后,当缓蚀剂浓度低于20 mg/L时,无缓蚀效果;当缓蚀剂浓度达到100 mg/L时,缓蚀效果最好,失重数据表明缓蚀剂的缓蚀率可以达到85.2%.不同体系的SRB菌量测定结果表明,缓蚀剂对SRB具有一定的毒性作用,可以显著抑制SRB的生长.去除腐蚀产物的形貌表明,SRB和CO2共存时试样以均匀腐蚀为主,局部有明显的点蚀;加入100 mg/L缓蚀剂后,试样腐蚀较轻,以少量的点蚀为主.
