应用扫描电镜能谱和X射线衍射方法对乙苯反应器腐蚀产物进行了分析.结果表明, 造成乙苯反应器内壁以及内部结构15 CrMo钢腐蚀的原因是,生产乙苯的原料气中所含O2 ,CO2,H2S等.在380~420℃时15 CrMo钢氧化、硫化所致.对15 CrMo钢表面喷铝处理 可防止此类腐蚀的发生.

The corrosion products formed on ethylbenzene reactor have been examin ed by using EDX and XRD. The corrosion of the inner surface of the reactor resul ts from oxidation and sulphidation of 15 CrMo steel at 380℃~420℃ in the indus trial environment containing O2、CO2、H2S etc.Furthermore,a measure for pr evention from such corrosion case was proposed.
