研究了Si元素对抑制含铜钢高温氧化后表面铜元素富集的影响.结果表明:添加Si元素使合金氧化后形成较多内氧化产物2FeO·SiO_2,该氧化物在生长过程中对基体局部区域形成包裹,可割断液相铜的扩散途径,降低富铜相中Cu的浓度,有利于减轻含铜钢高温氧化后基体表面铜元素偏聚,但同时会导致合金在1150℃以上高温区抗氧化性能减弱.

The effect of Si element on preventing Cu enrichment at the scale/steel interface of copper-containing steel after high temperature oxidation was studied. The results show that addition of Si enhances the formation of internal oxidation product 2FeO·SiO_2 which can reduce the content of Cu in copper-rich phase,as well as cut off diffusion routes of liquid copper by encapsulating the local area of matrix in it. However also the addition of Si is beneficial on reducing copper enrichment at surface matrix, hut would increase oxidation rate of alloys when oxidation tempera- ture is higher than 1150 ℃.
