首先通过反向共沉淀法制备了亲水性的Fe3O4纳米微球,然后对其进行表面偶联改性,使其由亲水性转变为亲油性,增加反应活性点,有利于苯乙烯单体在其表面进行聚合反应.实验结果表明:所制备的磁性吸附树脂粒径为0.5~0.7 mm,孔径主要分布在36.7~161.0 nm,Fe3O4纳米颗粒占磁性大孔树脂总质量的10.0%,其饱和磁化强度为10.2A·m2·kg-1.这就意味着所制备的磁性大孔树脂可以把磁性能和吸附性能有效地结合.
