在高黏度丙烯酸树脂涂料中加入消泡剂、增塑剂、镍粉等,制备出具有导电功能的防腐涂料.通过测试涂层表面接触电阻来表征涂层的导电性.采用电化学阻抗谱、Tafel极化曲线和扫描电镜(SEM)等方法,研究了镍粉的含量与涂层耐腐蚀性能的关系.结果表明:镍粉的填充量越大,涂料的导电性越好,耐腐蚀性能越差.在所研究的体系中,镍粉的含量在20%左右时,涂层具有较好的导电性能和耐腐蚀性能.
