为了模拟受到大粒子激发形核效应和非均匀储能分布影响的静态再结晶过程,利用元胞自动机方法提出了一个静态再结晶模型,且以仅含有析出相粒子(尺寸为1 μm)的铁素体钢为研究对象进行了仿真研究.结果表明:大粒子的PSN效应及其减小再结晶平均晶粒尺寸的作用得以仿真;模拟的静态再结晶过程更好地再现了相关实验和理论所揭示的特征和动力学规律.本文特色在于,综合考虑非均匀储能分布和PSN效应影响的再结晶建模.
