采用射频磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上制备了TbFeCo/Pt非晶垂直磁化膜,研究了Pt底层对TbFeCo薄膜磁性能与磁光性能的影响.结果表明:具有微小颗粒凹凸结构的Pt底层可以显著增大TbFeCo薄膜的垂直磁各向异性场与矫顽力,改善薄膜的磁光温度特性.
