为提高中厚板热处理线的装备水平及制造能力,满足高品质、高强度、高韧性钢板的生产需求,通过技术集成,采用脉冲数字化燃烧控制技术、炉后快速冷却装置、常化炉仪控及电控系统和计算机在线优化控制,自主开发了常化炉自动化控制系统及NCC控冷技术,形成了一套完整的中厚板常化+控冷生产工艺。该项技术完全达到中厚板热处理线的要求,炉温控制精度在±10 ℃以内,产品合格率达到96%以上。

In order to raise the technical level of equipment and manufacturing capacity of continuous heat treatment line in medium plate mill to produce plate of high quality, high strength and toughness, a normalizing furnace automatic control system and NCC controlled cooling technology was developed independently which is an integration of pulsedigital combustion technique, equipment of fast cooling, electric control system of normalizing furnace and computerized online optimizing control system. Thus a set of integrated technology of medium plate normalization plus controlled cooling was established. This technology fulfills the requirements of plate heat treatment, and the furnace temperature could be controlled within ±10 ℃, with product percent of pass over 96%.
