以5,5'-偶氮二水杨酸作为起始剂,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯作为交联剂,合成了新型的葡聚糖水凝胶作为药物靶向载体,并对载体材料进行了红外、溶胀度及扫描电镜的分析研究.水凝胶的溶胀实验结果说明:随着水凝胶交联程度的降低,其溶胀程度增大,平衡时间延长.扫描电镜观察表面形态验证了充分溶胀的水凝胶具有多孔、均相结构,而且孔径随着交联度的增大而减小.该类水凝胶可作为多肽和蛋白类药物的载体.
