依据GB8650-2006试验标准,对3种不同成分、不同厚度的X65管线钢的抗氢致裂纹性能进行了研究,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针等分析了影响管线钢抗氢致开裂性能的主要因素。结果表明:成分偏析是导致材料抗氢致开裂性能下降的主要因素,马氏体和奥氏体组成的硬组织带是导致形成台阶状裂纹的直接原因,管线钢的抗氢致开裂性能与组织均匀程度密切相关。

The experimental standard of GB 8650-2006 was adopted to study the resistance to hydrogen induced cracking(HIC) of X65 pipeline steels with different compsitions and thieknesses. The main influential factors of resistance to HIC were analyzed by optical microscopy, SEM and EPMA. The results show that the chemical composition segregafion decreased the resistance to HIC. The hard structure band which was composed of martensite and austentite was immediate cause for step-like crack, and resistance to HIC of pipeline steel was closely related with the degree of microstructure uniformity.
