通过对海绵钛行业由于产能严重过剩，同时需求增长有限，而导致价格长期低迷这一现状的分析，提出节能环保是海绵钛行业发展的必然要求。重点对比分析了国内外海绵钛节能环保的相关标准，概述了节能环保的技术途径。建议我国海绵钛行业不断提高节能环保标准要求，淘汰落后产能，保证行业健康发展；海绵钛企业应从现有生产方法的技改和新生产方法的研发入手，不断提升自身竞争力。
Based on the situation of titanium sponge serious excess capacity , limited growth in demand , and long term low prices as result , this paper proposed energy saving and environment protecting of titanium sponge industry as an inevitable requirement .Focusing on comparison of standards in domestic and abroad related to energy saving and environment protecting during titanium sponge production , and outlining the technique of energy saving , suggested titanium sponge industry improve energy saving standards , eliminate outdated production capacity and ensure the healthy development of the industry .And the titanium sponge producers should focus on innovation of existing technol-ogy and development of new technology to improve competitiveness .
