在珠钢生产现场进行实验,研究了不同冷却方式和工艺参数对低碳钢成品板组织和力学性能的影响.研究表明:采用连续冷却比采用间隔冷却得到更细的组织和更高的强度;通过降低终轧温度和卷取温度,细化铁素体晶粒尺寸,提高了成品的强度;在现有的工艺条件下,贝氏体强化不是主要的强化机制.
