采用反应挤出技术制备了以过氧化二异丙苯为引发剂、二乙烯基苯和苯乙烯的混合物为交联剂的交联接枝聚丙烯(PP)改性材料.通过熔体流动速率、动态流变性和差示扫描量热法等测试计算了改性材料的熔体强度、加工流动性和结晶行为,并分析了反应物组分变化对材料结构和行为的影响.研究结果表明,添加适量的过氧化二异丙苯、苯乙烯和二乙烯基苯既不会对材料的凝聚结构及结晶行为造成很大的影响,又都能一定程度提高材料的熔体强度.苯乙烯的加入可以增大交联点之间线型链段的长度,增加PP分子链间交联点分布的均匀性,起到部分替代或充分发挥二乙烯基苯交联剂的效果.
