采用差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了羟基改性多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-0H)填充聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料的结晶过程,并利用莫志深方程研究了PPS/MWCNTS-OH复合材料的非等温结晶动力学。结果表明,莫志深方程能较好地描述该体系的非等温结晶动力学过程,在达到相同结晶度时,莫志深方程中的两个参数F(T)和a均明显随着MWCNTs—OH添加量的增加而下降,定量说明PPS/MWCNTs-OH复合体系的结晶速率明。显高于纯PPS,且随着MWCNTs-OH添加量的增加,结晶速度提高。但是熔融热(△Hm)和结晶热(△Hc)随着MwCNTs—OH添加量的增加均呈现出下降趋势,说明MWCNTs-OH的加入使PPS/MWCNTs-OH复合体系的结晶度降低。

The crystallzation-process of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS)/multi-walled carbon nanotubes with -OH groups (MWCNTs-OH) composites was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Non-isothermal crystallization behaviors of the PPS/MWCNTs-OH composites were described by Mo equation. The results show that Mo equation can describe the non-isothermal crystallization behavior of PPS/MWCNTs-OH composites. Compared with virgin PPS, the decrease of the value of F(T) and a in'Mo equation indicates the increasing of crystallization rate in PPS/MWCNTs-OH composite. The addition of MWCNTs-OH into PPS matrix accelerates the its crystallization. At the same time the crystallization enthalpy (△Hc) decreases from 51.4 J/g to 47.8 J/g, and 47.0 J/g for samples with MWNT-OH content varying from 0 to 1%, and 2% respectively during cooling process, analogously the melting enthalpy (△Hm) decreases from 56.4 J/g to 55.2 J/g, and 53.5 J/g respectively during the second melting process. The decline of both △Hm andAHc by addition of MWCNTs-OH demonstrates the crystallinity of the PPS/MWCNTs-OH composite is less than of pure PPS.
