掺钴的镁铝尖晶石微晶玻璃是一种极具前途的新型可饱和吸收材料,可用于饵玻璃激光器的被动调Q,对于饵玻璃激光器的应用推广具有非常重要的作用.本实验制备了纳米镁铝尖晶石为晶相的微晶玻璃,分析了微晶玻璃的吸收光谱产生原因,研究了CoO含量、制备工艺对微晶玻璃吸收系数的影响.

Co:MgAl_2O_4 glass-ceramic is a new saturable absorber material that has great potential, and it can be used as passive Q-switch for Er:glass lasers, which is very important for the extended application of Er:glass lasers. Transparent glass-ceramic that contains magnesium-aluminum spinel nanocrystallites was produced. The reason that glass-ceramic have this absorption spectrum was analyzed. Influence of CoO concentration and preparation techniques on glass-ceramic's absorption were studied.
