在液化天然气流程中,混合制冷剂循环液化天然气流程由于其机组设备少、流程简单、管理方便等优点而备受国内外关注。本文对两种混合制冷剂循环液化天然气流程分别以流程中压缩机耗功最小、压缩机耗功与丙烷预冷量之和最小为目标函数进行优化,得到了最优流程参数及相应的流程性能参数;并对计算结果进行分析。

In the process to liquefy the natural gas, the Mixed Refrigerant Cycle is significant the world over because it has the following merits: little equipment,simple process, little investment, easy management. In this paper, two MRC processes are optimized. One is the no turn round heat exchange process the other is having turn round heat exchange process. Two functions are used as the aim functions. One is the minimum power consumption of the compressor, the other is the minimum sum of power consumption of the compressor and the cooling provided by the propane cycle. The optimum results are the optimum value of the aim function and the corresponding process parameters.
